Have you, like so many other people, wasted away your life thinking that Digimon is a ripoff of Pokemon, or vise versa? Or do you need evidence to prove wrong those irritating people who insist that Pokemon and Digimon are very similar shows? Well, then you've come to the right place. The handy table below will prove that Digimon and Pokemon actually have very few similarities; Digimon is actually much more like the animated Dungeons and Dragons show, which has little in common with Pokemon.

So we can see that Pokemon and Digimon actually have very little in common. The only thing they really have in common is the fact that they're both animes that contain adorably slashable main characters ^_^
So repeat after me, kids: Digimon is a rip-off of Dungeons and Dragons! Actually I'm kidding, I'm not dissing Digimon, I actually love it (well, I love 01...I'm not crazy about 02 and I really couldn't care less for 03 and I haven't even seen 04.) So anyways point being I'm just trying to defend it from those bashers that say it's copying Pokemon!
