There are some things from Pokemon that obviously aren't real hints, but sometimes certain things can seem a little...well... Basically if you've noticed any of these things, or if any of these things reminded you of Palletshipping, you know you like Palletshipping way too much! BTW not all of these were noticed by me, I had some help from my Palletshipping freinds on this one.
When Brock said, "Ash is just upset about Gary giving him the brush off." in Power Play. It sounds like Brock could be talking about Ash asking Gary for a date and getting blown off!
When Ash said, "Watch out, Gary Oak, Ash Ketchum is right behind you!" in Don't Touch that Dile. OK do I need to explain this one? ^_-
When Ash said to Gary, "I thought we were going to..." in Showdown at the Poke Corral. Can you think of an alternate end to that sentence?
When Sabrina said, "You're a charming couple of boys, Red and Blue." in Pokemon Adventures. They sure are! ^_^
When Professor Oak said about Red and Blue, "These boys have learned more than just battle strategy from each other." in Pokemon Adventures. That just sounds suspicious...
When Gary says to Ash, "Show me what ya got!" in Pokemon Puzzle League. No comment...
When Gary says to Ash, "Let's do it!" in Pokemon Puzzle League. Again, no comment...
The fact that there is a Crossdressing Ash trading card. (see top of page.)
The fact that pretty much every time Ash is around Gary in Dig Those Diglett, he's down on his knees.
Basically the entire song Do You Really Wanna Play off of the Totally Pokemon CD. This song is about challenging someone to a Pokemon match, yet it contains lyrics like "You can score" and "boy I got the magic touch."
That if you want to get *really* stereotypical, the way Gary flicked his wrist when he waved to Ash in Power Play seemed kind of gay.
That when Ash first sees Gary in Dig Those Diglett, he stares at him and sees that sparkly background appear around him. Of course SOME ships actually try to use the sparkle background staring thing as a *real* hint, but us Palletshippers just aren't that pathetic.
The fact that if you listen to music while staring at the pic of Ash holding Gary from Battle of the Badge, pretty much any song you hear, including Pikachu's Goodbye, starts to sound Palletshippy.
That part in Showdown at the Poke Corral where Ash and Gary are comparing the size of thier Krabbies...
That Ash and Gary are standing really close to each other in Pokemon Puzzle League and it's just cute!
That when you're battling Mewtwo in Pokemon Puzzle League, and he keeps saying "It is my destiny", the fact that it doesn't really make any sense. I mean his DESTINY is to win a PUZZLE LEAGUE? Dude, his destiny kinda sucks.*
That Chaos is clearly obsessed with Pokemon Puzzle League.**
